If I am eating at Chef Mickeys or Beach Club at 8pm and the park closes at 9pm, what time will the monorails and busses run to the TTC, what time do the busses do their last stops at the TTC?

Are you staying on property?
Are you parking at the TTC?
Because the resort busses are at MK.

For CM, which is at the Contemporary, the monorail will be running until midnight or later.

For the Beach Club, you are out of luck. There will be no busses running to MK at that time.

With the Beach Club, if you are thinking you're going to walk back through Epcot to catch a monorail after your meal, you'll have problems getting in after 9:00pm (sometimes they'll let you through the turnstyles until about 9:10.)

Where are you staying? When are you going? Often in the off-season months the only park open past 7:00pm is Epcot. In that case you might be best just driving your car to where you'll be eating if you are staying offsite. If you are onsite, use WDW transportation to get everywhere taht day, and you can always take the bus to DTD and then transfer for a us to your resort.

WIth the information given , there are too many variables to really give you a good answer.

There is no Bus service to TTC from the Beach Club at all. Bus service would end at the time that the park closes, so if MK closes at 9 pm, then bus service to MK would stop at 9 pm. Now if you are at the MK then bus service stops when Security has clear the park and everyone is outside of the Turnstiles, this normally would happen about 1 hour or so after closing.

If you would need to reach MK or a MK area resort after the Park is Closed, you can take a Bus to Downtown Disney and then switch buses at Downtown to the MK Resort you are going too, if you are going to TTC then take the bus to the Poly and then you can walk to TTC which is next door to the Poly.
