Lasik Surgeons Database

Does anyone know of a database which lists any possible complaints against a particular Lasik Surgeon? Or opthamologists in general?

I've tried Google, and I can't find exactly what I need.

(BTW, Lasik evaluation went well, but I'm getting a second opinion. I also want to check the track records of both doctors).

I had the evaluation yesterday (which I meant if that's not what I said). The doctor said I'm a good candidate, but I want to double check everything before I proceed.

The best news I've heard all day is that my health insurance will pay for 15% of the procedure.
