I'm very excited about this!
Anyone else do it? Any advice?

Getting LASIK was one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. It is fantastic not having to worry about glasses or contacts anymore.

Usually my advice has to do with picking out your doctor, but you are past that point already. Just be sure to do your drops and go in for your follow-up appointments.

Let us know how it goes!

Exactly! I have never regretted it one sec. Good Luck :)

Thanks guys! Your comments make me feel great about my decision.

Only one thing concerns me (well, besides accidentally tearing the corneas after the surgery...lol):

My doctor told me I had "the steepest corneas he's ever seen." He assures me the surgery can still be done, but they have to adjust how they cut the cornea.

Great! Now I'm a test case for steep corneas? Does this mean I have a greater risk of tearing the cornea by blinking?
