Las Vegas Residents-question regarding purchasing UFC tickets

I had posted this question on the Community Board, but a DISer had suggested me to also post my question here, so hopefully someone will be able to help me. TIA .

I was interested in getting tickets for the UFC February 3rd fight, but ticketmaster is not yet selling the tickets.
How far in advance do they sell it?
And, how is the seating situation compared to the tickets that you buy?
