What's the largest contract you've seen offered? Fidelity has one for 900+ points at CCV for $129k. Wow...to be planning to spend so much time (with so many friends!) at WDW is amazing.

I bet the seller wished they bought 6 contracts @ 150 each. Cant be easy to unload 900pts

I was thinking the same. The pool of buyers for a contract that size must be very small.

There was one at VGF a couple years ago that was maybe 1100? I can’t remember. Was like $115 per point

I saw a VGF guaranteed week in a grand villa one come across a couple of years ago. I think it was around 1300 points and was for sale for $200K.

I saw one that was around 1000 points VGF for $120k back in 2016. I considered cashing out part of my 401k and using that as a retirement fund. I figured it was worth about a 9% return back in the day...certainly could be painful to rent those points right now --- but even still -- it hasn't dropped in value during all of this mess.

I did some research on the OCC back in 2016 when I was first buying contracts and there are a few people that own stupid amount of points at VGF. There was a Saudi Royal that had two fixed weeks during the summer...each contract was like 1400 points I think. The daughter of an MLB owner also had a contract over a 1000 points as well.

Wow, that Fidelity contract has 900 points that have to be used by this February. Hope you have a Disney Covid mask!
