Large reseller out of AKV/SSR

so, I looked at current listings of a large reseller and all I see is pending for AKV/SSR. So, are they totally out of AKV/SSR? Has that ever happened? That's insane!

Who? I looked at a couple of the larger and didn't see that although I did not look at Fidelity. Others all have a couple anyway. It does happen that resorts go in swings. I've seen times where SSR was difficult to find and then buyers move onto something else and SSR loads up again. Same with AKV. I don't know that I've ever seen the large ones down to zero but fairly close.

Yes either they are selling extremely fast or resale contracts are lower in numbers. Been like this for over a month.
