I was wondering if anyone out there knows what is in the Lapu Lapu drink at the Polynesian Resort?? I am looking forward to trying it but am wondering if Vodka is among the ingredients??

I had one a couple of years ago. They brought out the pineapple, THEN they brought a mostly full water glass with what wouldn't fit in the pineapple. I'm not really much of a drinker and I was fairly well zonked after about half the stuff in the pineapple. I never made it to the rest in the glass. I loved it, but it's a potent bugger! Last year at 'Ohana, my family wouldn't let me get one. "Mom, YOU get a Coke!" Mom's Lapu Lapu has become a family joke.
