I'll second the 'concierge service' being a great perk.
I bought a tablet (Samsung) at Costco and had issues with my Time Warner cable and an error message that they (TWC) had sent me that was on their end. Bottom line, after about 5 irritating calls to TWC to have it addressed, I called the concierge service at Costco. 5 minutes later the problem was solved. I actually enjoyed that call!
