its whats around my neck in this picture it holds pins and they have little plastic pocket things that can hold your tickets in them

Lanyards are a strap that pin collectors wear around their neck to display their pins.

Many Cast Members wear Landyards so that you can trade with them.

I looked for a picture but didn't find a clear one to show you.
