Landry's Gift Card and/or Rainforest Cafe Gift Card at Yak and Yeti...

I'm sorry for posting what surely is a redundant and much asked question here, but the search option doesn't always like my computer, and I wanted to get the most up-to-date answer.

Has anyone tried to use either of these gift cards at Yak and Yeti with any success?

Both of them are available through my credit card rewards, and I would like to use them as payment for our meals at Yak and Yeti if that's possible.

So, I ask again...has anyone had any recent success using either of them at Yak and Yeti?

I haven't ordered either of them yet, although I'm leaning toward the Rainforest one as we could use any left over funds on the card to go toward souvenirs at the RC's gift shop.

Yes, I have used the gift cards. Gift cards from any Landry's owned restaurants are interchangable.

FYI Landrys and the RFC gift cards are the exact same thing. There is no difference since Landry's is the parent company.

Ty for the info. I was unaware that Y&Y was eligible for Landry's GC.

I'm not sure where I read that Yak and Yeti was owned by Landry's. Probably somewhere on this board.

Everything I read in the terms and conditions of the two cards says that the cards can be used at any Landry's owned/affiliated location, but I still wanted some kind of assurance that someone that frequents these boards has had success using them.

Neither of the restaurants are in my neck of the woods, so I would be ordering them solely to use at Disney, so you can understand my hesitation. They only benefit me from a Disney standpoint, otherwise, well otherwise, I wouldn't even be considering ordering them.

Yes you can 100% use any type of Laundry's owned restaurant GC at any Laundry's owned restaurant. We have even used a Morton's GC at Rainforest! You can check Laundry's Select website to see all of the restaurants that are owned by this company. I know at Disney both Rainforest Cafe, TRex Cafe, and Yak and Yeti are covered. Also if you sign up for the Laundry's select club you can use your card for priority seating at all of these restaurants so no making ADR's for Disney. We do this instead and always walk up show our card and are put at the front of the line with hardly a wait and no ressie needed!

One thing to be sure you are aware is that the gift cards are NOT accepted at the Yak & Yeti Quick Service.

What is the Landry's select club? We enrolled awhile back at our local Claim Jumpers for a rewards type program with the company. Is this different?
