Land/sea w/AKL question

Anyone out there do the land/sea package and stay at AKL? I was wondering how they determine what room configuration to put you in at the resort. I noticed that there are king beds w/pull out, 2 queens, queen w/bunks---do they just assign you whatever at check in? Just wondering, b/c we would love a king bed since it's DH, DD (who will be in a crib) and myself.

Not sure what they put you in in general, but you can request the king. We are doing the land/sea w/ AKL for our honeymoon and our TA just put that we preferred king. There's no guarantees but it's better than not requesting it. HTH

We did AKL before our 4 day Wonder Cruise, and we had a queen with a set of bunkbeds (for 3 and 7 year old sons). It worked out great. They seemed to try and accomodate all requests.
