Maybe someone knows the answer to this. We booked the 3 day cruise for May 13. We decided to visit family three days before (flying in May 10th) and renting a car. We will be staying at POR. Now here's my question: Are we able to check in for the cruise at POR, or will we have to check in at the port because we booked the hotel on our own? If we can check in at POR, will they still pick up our luggage, or should we take it with us?

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.:)

WHen I did a separate land package but bought Disney transfers, they handled my luggage. However, I did have to do 2 separate check in procedures--one at the hotel and one at the port.

If you are not using DCL transfers (you said you rented a car), then you will take your own luggage to the port and check it with the porters there.

Thanks, I was hoping we wouldn't have to check in twice. I guess we will just go to the port a little earlier to check in. Shouldn't be too crowded though, since I assume alot did the land/sea and checked in at their hotels.:wave2:
