Hey if they eat enough dirt they will fill up and you do not have to cook any supper:rolleyes1

My boys love dirt. The sand box is their very favorite. This year though I won't have to change diapers. Mr. No Fear has mastered the potty. I just have to hose them off and send them to bed.

More like they'll end up sick and I'll have to clean it up. Yuck!! :scared:

See, my mom never had to do any of that stuff we me. I was such a perfect angel.

Just so you know John is going to send HRH an email and give you guys an update after my sugery. I tried to get him so he would post on the thread but he was having none of that. So let me say sorry now if he gets sappy.
Keep us posted and we'll keep thinking of you

oh he came up with Fred all on his own. Now do I look like a Fred? Maybe more Wilma:rotfl2:
Hi, Wilma!:rolleyes1

I see the mommy 101 book they give out when you have kids have not changed in 20 years since I had my daughter.:rotfl2:
You got a book?!? No wonder my kids are so messed up--I never got one.

Careful with that hose. You'll end up getting arrested like that woman in FL who hosed her kid down at the car wash:eek:

I was such a perfect angel.
 you?

Did you read that on here?

I just hose them off in the privacy of my own backyard. Or I bring them in and turn on the shower and listen to them scream. Sometimes I just take them to the waterpark and call it good.

Th FL was on National news. She had her kid at the car wash and was spraying the child as a form of punishment. I heard that she said some pretty nasty stuff to the kid too but I never heard the audio.

I actually heard that one on the radio.... But it's probably here somewhere! I'll look

Nevermind...Wilma beat me to it (sorry mk!)

How terribly sad. I never watch the news because it makes me too depressed. I hate stories about kids. I hate stories about people dying. I hate stories about politicians too.

I am almost in tears just thinking about it.

Whaaaaaat? It's the weekend--why can't I drink during the day? Not that I am, just thinkin I could if I were that type! ;)

hey maybe I can get rid of Bob and have Wilma Flintstone instead, I am just saying.:worship: oh please oh please:rotfl:

DD is heading back to school in the am.:sad1:
She tells John she needs to bring things back so he tells her okay we will go to the store. Shaunna laughs and says why I just shop from here. He thought she shopped on line. Then into the kitchen and closets she went:rotfl: So now I need to go to the store

I know I'm not catching up and it doesn't look like it is gonna happen. I am exhausted. My mom, sister and her partner (who all live next door) came over when the tornado watch started. I have a basement, they don't. So, we spent most of the afternoon watching the horrible and scary news coverage of the weather. Local channels had nothing but weather on all day. Tracking the storms, reporting on the damages (and a few injuries and deaths), updating the warnings, etc. Our sirens only went off once and we all spent about an hour in the basement listening to the radio. The boys had a great time playing with all the toys stored down there.

Anyway, I am physically and mentally spent. Keeping up with the storms and keeping everyone happy... I'm beat.

I'll be checking in from time to time tonight, so don't think I'm headed for bed or anything like that.
