Speaking of sneakers, I haven't seen DS8's school sneakers in over a week. He has been wearing his BB shoes...I paid a lot of money for those sneakers. Has anyone seen them? this house is such a mess, they could blend in anywhere...I guess I could clean up the house to find them, but it would just be easier to go buy new shoes..

Yeah they won. DS10 and team are headed to the Championship game at 4:45. Poor kid is now at baseball tryouts. He is going to be one tired pup tonight.

Home from dinner! Went to Chili's yummy!!!!

I had a dream last night that I had to walk home from Columbia (about 30 miles away).

Sooooo.......I told you we've had squirrels. This afternoon we heard something in the wall. Well, our loser selves have never patched the hole in the family room bathroom ceiling from a plumbing repair we had done about a year ago. So I hear the sound in the upstairs bathroom wall and call my husband...he comes and listens and then goes downstairs and looks in the family room bathroom...he said he looked in and a little squirrel head pokes out of the hole and looks at him. So we've moved the trap (that was untouched for the last week) out of the attic and into the downstairs bathroom....we're waiting to catch the little bugger and then we're driving him over to the other side of route 50 before we release it.

I go to Shoe Carnival in a strip mall..not so bad..

We just got back from the Mexican restaruant. I covered two threads at one time..The LOSER thread, meaning I did not cook dinner, and the budget board-"freebie" thread, where I got my $25 GC for $3!! That's right..we had two appetizers, two kids meals, 4 iced teas, two orders of fajitas, all with tax and $7 tip and $3 for the GC for a grand total of..........................$27!!!

They won! So I am the proud mama of a member of the WC Junior Basketball 9-10 year old division champions. Another nailbiter. He is so proud of his trophy (ahhh another dust collector!)

From there we decided to take our little basketball star to Bennigans bc mom did not feel like cooking for the crew and DMom and DBro.

Chilis=yum! But we can't go anymore--too expensive because my kids eat so much. Our last meal there was like $75! No more kids meals here I was talking about missing the day when they both shared a kids meal

We had a mouse in our wall last year. It was in the garage but had chewed thru the bottom of the drywall and climbed inside the wall b/t the garage and family room. I would sit here trying to figure out what the sound was. Whenever I asked someone, noone could hear it. They thought I was crazy! Finally Dh heard the scratching and went out to fill the hol with that spray foam insulation stuff. The sound went aaway, but there is a dead mouse in there. Yuk!

This is something I would normally start a thread about, but I thought it fit here. Tonight, my wife is at work so the kids ate pizza on paper plates. They also ate m&m's for dessert. Then while I was reading this board I told (not sold) my 6 yo son to get his rolling laundry hamper and collect the dirty clothes. He did and disappeared into the laundry...out of my sight out of my mind. I finally heard him rattling around in there so I went to investigate. He had stopped both the washer and the dryer. I concluded that he added some colors to the load of colors in the washer. He did not add any dirty clothes to the dryer. But he couldn't figure out how to restart it.

That is all.








I forgot to mention that I took all the kids, including the 3yo to the grocery just to buy beer, which I'm drinking now. Cheers.
