Oh dear...

My kids are fighting (and I mean literally fist fighting

) over who gets to ride the scooter (in the HOUSE! ).

So, I told them that they could kill each other if they wanted to, but I didn't want to hear it!!

And that's when I noticed an (open) bottle of ketchup on the couch. Jeesh, whats up with these kids today?

Does that mean you don't eat them at all, or is that the only brand? Like I donn't really like Chef Boyaredee (sp) or whatever, but Spaghettios are ok.



Well, I am off to be a good mom--DS bball game and then the after-season pizza party. <--That'll be me! (Not rally but I can pretend....)

That means that I love my Spaghetti-O's, but I don't think that the ones that come in the shape of the alphabet or cars count as Spagetti-O's.

Spaghetti-O's are O's. They cannot come in other shapes or forms.

Yeah they won. DS10 and team are headed to the Championship game at 4:45. Poor kid is now at baseball tryouts. He is going to be one tired pup tonight.

It was a nailbiter. I know enough about basketball but I am certainly no expert but we had the worst ref, she made the worst calls, even I could tell that the toher team made an offensive foul. It was bad, hope she isnt there later. Our coach is the most laid back, quiet guy, like you have to get close to hear what he is saying, and I think he was ready to kill her.

Ok off to get DS5 and me hot dogs for lunch, oh yum, poor DS5 he kept aksing if it was over yet so he could go home and play with his toys and now we have to go back.

Uh oh I don't think I'm getting as much stuff done today as I thought I would. TCM is showing (for the 30 days of Oscar) all Alfred Hitchcock movies today. So whatever I do today will have to be in the living/dining room area.
Yes I am recording them all on dvd & yes I have seen Psycho about 1 million times since the age of 10 (shoot I still remember not wanting to take a shower in my bathroom for a week after I saw it ), but it's more fun to watch while it's on tv. Besides I need to make sure that the dvd recorder is working properly
Well there is laundry in the living room so maybe I'll fold that.

Bought both kids new sneakers...WHY do they chage so much for shoes that the kids will outgrow in 4 months?

Now everyone's down for a nap and I think I'll join them.

I'm supposed to be packing my DH's suitcase....6 hours later, I'm still sitting here and still haven't done much of anything.

First thing first, I agree it must be Spaghettios brand. I also have to have the meatball variety. DH's grandma used to cook up hamburger to crumple it in, but that wouldn't do for me.

DH and I braved Wal-Mart this morning to get provisions. It's always nice when he goes with me. I usually go during the week while he's at work, but it's been cold and I haven't wanted to get out.

I'm also waiting for my friend to call. She MIGHT need me to keep her son overnight tonight. Wish she'd just call and tell me for sure. It's annoying not knowing.

I"m also VERY excited. I'm reading my US Weekly (why is it that we get it like 4 days after it hits the newstands?) and there is an ad for the movie "The Other Bolyn Girl". I LOVED that book. IT comes out next week.

It's raining today, and my kids are like wild animals in my house. Thank God for naptime.

I need to do website work for my DH, and I just can't get a minute of peace and quiet. My kids are finally quiet, and now the kids down the block are blasting a car stereo. I'm about to go down there.

Yep, the rain has effectively cancelled baseball practice & a football game for us so nobody has to leave the house again today.

Hubby had to go learn how to be a coach at 8am. They were done by 9:30. At least he's official now. He's also taking a nap. I may be joining him.

I had a lunch date w/my SIL's across town & when I was leaving it was pouring. I got soaked running to my car. I changed into my jammies when I got home & now I don't plan on doing any of the moderately WINNER'ish things I had planned on doing today. Except re-making my shortcake (the first one had way too much salt ) & cooking steak on the grill tonite. The kids are quiet right now but that's subject to change as soon as one touches the other or takes something the other one didn't want until the first one got it.

I had to go look at some art and then find some Milka M-Joy bars and then I had to buy myself a present - 60 blocks later!

ok Dmom and Dbro24 are coming out to see the big game. the game is at 4:45 and they are leaving now and will be here in 20 minutes. So now I have to qucikly straighten up and be somewhat entertaining. Why must they always be super early for everything. DS10 isnt even abck from baseball tryouts yet.

Speaking of sneakers, I haven't seen DS8's school sneakers in over a week. He has been wearing his BB shoes...I paid a lot of money for those sneakers. Has anyone seen them? this house is such a mess, they could blend in anywhere...I guess I could clean up the house to find them, but it would just be easier to go buy new shoes..

He STILL will not wear those shoes. It's a good thing he had another pair.

That poor kid has so many hang ups...underwear, public rest rooms, dog poop.
