I need to read through more of this when I have time later, but I just had to comment on the soy milk. My little one (then 1.5) was also drinking that horrid stuff the last time we were at WDW. Oh, what a nightmare! I feel your pain. That stuff STINKS to high heaven. I don't know how she tolerated it! At least it was mostly readily available to us at WDW. I'm so sorry you didn't get your fridge.
Luckily, my DD (now 2.75) has outgrown her intolerance, so we don't have to deal with that any more.
We do still deal with food allergies, as my older DD is peanut, tree nut, and sesame. Disney does seem to handle it all in stride though.
Oh, when you get back, can you tell me more about how you made the invitations and everything? I do that too, but yours are much cuter!
Thanks!!
Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip. I'll try to catch up tonight when the girls are asleep.
