Rocker is Johnny Revznik. From past TV I'll throw in David Duchovny and Kevin Sorbo (Hercules) and from the dark ages, Pernell Roberts and Michael Landon. Finally, my animated guy would be Gambit from the X-Men.

I think that covers everything including all cheats.
