I'll go with a 5 as well, even though DH is probably a 7-8! Even though he has a bit more than I like, I'd never ask him to shave it off or have it permanently removed. I think it's natural for men to have some hair on their chest.

Ohhhh, my DH has just enough chest hairs for me. Just enough to see, but not enough to gross you out. I have indian blood in my family and my dad has a tiny patch of hair only on his breast plate. None of my bothers have chest hair. Guess it runs in the family.

Gosh, I hate when guys look like gorillas (really hairy)! Oops, that sounds kind of judgemental. I'll probably end up falling in love with a guy with tons of back hair just for saying that!

My wife did! And she eventually got over it. Ehh, it is in my heritage. What can you do?

I HATE hair on guys...especially back hair...there is NOTHING grosser than a guy at the beach wearing a carpet on his back! I work with all guys and I know a couple have their backs waxed, 2 shave their arms and chests and the 2 - 20 year olds next door shave their chests! I honestly could do without all body hair other than the top of your head and eyebrows!
One poor guy at work is SO hairy he has it on his knuckles and fingers....the other guys bust his chops about being the first generation in his family to walk upright!

DH is in that category of "just a little bit" of chest hair. But I normally go for guys with more so I voted a 5.

I like my dh's hairy chest so I would say about a 7. He has light hair, though, so it's not too overpowering.

I think people in this country have a hang-up with hair unlike our European counterparts. Hair is natural - it's part of our humanity and I think from prehistoric times it has its role in protecting us from germs, bugs, etc. .... long live the fuzzies! lol
