Ladies - and I guess gentlemen too - what mascara do you use? Which is best?

Almay One Coat. It also comes waterproof but, that kind bothers my eyes.

I have very few, short lashes so, I need all the help I can get!

The make-up artists on the two tv shows my sister works on both like Max Factor 2000 Calorie waterproof the best. For everything else (lipstick, foundation, etc.) it was some expensive brand like MAC, but for whatever reason they like 2000 Calorie the best for mascara.

The big thing they said is to replace your mascara every 2-3 weeks. After that it dries out and gets clumpy no matter what brand you use.

Lancome Defincils or L'Oreal Voluminous....

I have never heard of a heated lash applicator either...Very interesting.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Now I have some brands to try!

For those of you who may be interested, you can find the heated eyelash curlers Here! I hope that works! QVC offers two different ones. I saw the first one on the air the other day. I think I'm going to order it.

Thanks again for the hints and the suggestions! :)

Right now I am using Mojave Magic from QVC. I have tried all kinds and I am pretty happy with this one.

I've tried a ton... and for the last several years I've kept coming back to the Max Factor 2000 calorie mascara. It is waterproof, but washes off with soap and water. It thickens and darkens but is not heavy. It does not flake off, does not melt and give you circles, it is perfect. It also comes with your choice of a straight or curved brush (I prefer curved). I curl my lashes, put this on and am done. No combing or anything else needed.

I'm a huge fan of Max Factor 2000 Calorie Waterproof mascara! I got hooked on it when I was a theatre major in college -- it doesn't run or smear or smudge or anything, and it's easy to use and does "plump" my lashes. Here's a tip - twirl your applicator over a tissue (not a cheapy-shreds-really-easily-tissue) to get any excess product off before applying - that way you avoid any clumps!

Another vote for Almay one coat...have cool colors too...green, blue.
