John Travolta is to star with Joaquin Phoenix in a new film from Disney called 'Ladder 49'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that 'Ladder 49' tells the story of a firefighter called Jack (Phoenix) who is trapped in a burning building and reflects upon his life.
Travolta will play the role of Kennedy, Jack's boss and mentor who becomes Fire Chief.
