Yes, this is happening to everyone right now. DFTW is severely understaffed, and the planners they do have are all trying to coordinate everything from home. Some couples' BEOS haven't been finalized until days before the event. As long as everything you want gets put in the BEO before the wedding day, you'll be OK!
