Hi,
Has anyone stayed at this hotel? I am trying it for the first time in July and want to be sure I wont regret it.

We stay at La Quinta Inn for most of our Disneyland trips. We mainly stay here because we always travel with our dogs and La Quinta welcomes dogs without charging extra, they also allow our dogs to stay in the room while we are in the park which is nice. The rooms were recently remodeled and are very large and the beds are comfortable. The elevators are ancient and take a long time to go up and down so we mostly just use the stairs. The walls are thin and we can hear people walking up and down the halls but most people here are going to the parks so they are tired when they get back and go to bed. The free breakfast is ok, they have waffles, hard boiled eggs, pasteries, cereal, bagels, juice, and coffee. We normally walk to the parks and it takes about 15 min but we walk fast there is also a shuttle you can pay for to take you to the parks. This hotel is not fancy but from my experience it is clean, comfortable and decently priced and I have no complaints.

I love La Quinta hotels.

The Anaheim one I do love except for the fact that parking is valet. I usually stay down the road about 20 minutes at the Costa Mesa one because of the parking situation being easier, but I've stayed at the Anaheim one a couple times. I do feel that the Anaheim location is superior in visual appearance of the rooms, though, and I prefer their waffles. It's an easy walk to the parks too. Only about a mile.

They are definitely pet friendly. I have found that I have to call each individual property because they all interpret the rules differently. The Anaheim location (as mentioned) does allow pets to remain in the room unsupervised. They also allow cats (not all places with a pet policy allow cats).

My only concern would be if you have a pet allergy at all. I'm honestly not sure how well they clean between guests. My cat sure is interested in smells in the rooms, though.

Overall, though, I find that particular location adequate to my needs. But all I need is a safe, clean place to sleep where my cat is welcome, lol!
