Anyone gone??? Any info would be appreciated as this may be a good evening on one of our down days....our kids are 14, 11 and 9, would they like something like this?

My husband and I went in May and loved it. I have kids 13,15,and 17 and I really think that my kids would have enjoyed it too. There is a story line, but even if you don't get it there is so much going on and things to look at that it amazing just by itself. I DO NOT like clowns or regular circus' but Cirque just draws me in.
We had basically the cheapest seats you can get and were happy with them. We were able to see everything. There were younger kids seated around us and no one made a peep the entire time because they were so engrossed in what was going on around us.
HTH!

your kids and you will all love La Nouba! I have seen it twice and it was worth every single penny we paid! It's fantastic!

From another Canadian girl, my husband and I went in April, I was worried that he wouldn't like it,but I was wrong, it was fantastic and we didn't even get the storyline. Just so much going on, no bad seats. We had catagory 2I wouldn't even think about a higher priced ticket, ours were great seats.

We went in June and I have to admit I was not sure about taking our sons (11 and 10). I knew their sister (10) would enjoy it. However, the older one saw something about the Cirque de Soliel on T.V. and commented on how neat it looked. So, I bought them tickets too and they all loved it. I have never seen them sit so still for so long!! It was amazing and worth every penny. Since we have been home they have talked about La Nouba more than our day at Sea World. BTW I agree with Dennise... Cat.2 tickets are perfect!

thanks for all the great reviews......was thinking this would be a good activity that the whole family could enjoy on one of our down days. Extra thanks for the seat information as i was thinking we would have to get the best available to see good, so not only will we save a few bucks on cheaper seats but we will also have an amazing evening out. All the kids seemed more interested in this than a dinner theatre show as they could not all decide on the same on:rotfl2:

Ohhhmygosh, we LOVED IT....me and hubby went last year without the kiddos and LOVED it, then took the boys, ages 10 and 13 and the LOVED IT, too

OMG Been 3 timas and you will not find a bad saet in the house,
This is a MUST see show LOVED IT
:goodvibes:goodvibes

Saw it about 5 years ago didn't enjoy it at all but DS & DW did. Also saw 'O' in Vegas same there, only DW like that one.
As Travelzoo have La Nouba on special I decided to go again last month, glad I did, enjoyed it much more. I still prefer traditional theatre but at least I enjoyed the evening this time. I still don't think its worth full price but OK at Travelzoos discounted rate.

I am going for the first time this Dec. and I have only heard good things about it.

We saw it for the first time 2 weeks ago and loved it. We were in the 2nd price category which was perfect, high enough that we weren't straining our necks.

I know they claim there is a story line, but don't waste time trying to figure it out or follow it. Just enjoy the show.

My 13 year old daughter loved it. Be warned, though, their souvenirs are way expensive, even by Disney standards, like $12 for a keychain.

I know you're asking about La Nouba...my husband and I went and loved it...but I noticed the age of your kids, so I wanted to mention something else.

I took my 15yo son to see Blue Man Group over at Universal in July --- and he LOVED it. Just something else to toss out there as well.

La Nouba is really a nice night of entertainment, and like others said, you can't really get a bad seat. It's not a huge theater, and it's circular - seats wrapping around 2/3's of the stage.
