La Bouquetiere Sale & Code

People on other boards are getting orders or partial orders. Apparently, this is a small company and they have been overwhelmed by orders (you'd think online sellers would be used to it by now). Anyway, people say the products are very high quality, but some items are on backorder.

I plan to be patient, since Christmas is a few months away and I don't need the stuff until then.
 
Well, I just joined you all in ordering. I could only use D30, DJ40 and D10. I still had to pay shipping. Effectively, I still got over 50% off, and I wanted to try some things out.

I hope someone will let us know if/when they get their order! :flower:
 
Nothing yet. I left a message to check on the status and no call back yet. And everytime I call I get the voicemail. If my order was cancelled, fine, I just want to get my card refunded. But if other orders are being filled, that's encouraging. I'll try to be patient.
 

I received mine last week. I ordered card sets for teachers, the laundry sampler, Tea Mint counter spray, Lavender Window Spray and Tea Mint dishsoap. The cards are nice, but I had to take out a sachet of lavender they had in each one because it was bigtime overkill on the senses. Now, they're great. I love the cleaners the best. The bottles are just neat looking - royal blue with a lady on the front cleaning, and the scents on those are nice and subtle. I may even order more of those for gifts for family (I know - very practical). I wouldn't have enjoyed paying full price for any of these, but I feel like I got a deal with the codes. I didn't get free shipping, but with all of the codes, I effectively got 60% off.
 
Thanks for posting that you received it. How long did it take? I'm guessing that they are just slow. Great news that stuff is being received though. :Pinkbounc

mermaidwallabe ~ thanks for the update! I had almost given up... maybe my gifts will show up after all. Hey - I'll consider it a bonus if they do... It was such a HUGE discount that I didn't really know if it was for real. Thanks again for the news!
 
I got my box today! I ordered the cleaners and a couple of candles. The candles are still backordered. My glass cleaner top was broken and leaked about halfway out. But since I stacked the codes I don't think I will say anything. It's still a good deal for what I got. Hopefully the candles will come in soon.
 
I got an email a couple of days ago asking me to be patient because they were sold out in one day and were waiting for supplies from France. I will be patient.
 
I received an email as well. I'm really hoping I get something by the end of the month. I hopped on this hoping to use some of the gift baskets for a charity auction.

I'll be patient for everything else!
 
Ok! I need some advice. I emailed them asking about my order and never received a response. I haven't gotten an email at all, except for my confirmation email. What can I do? I REALLY was excited about getting the stuff at that price. Everything I ordered was for Xmas presents, so I'm not in huge hurry, but I'd like some idea when or if to expect my items. Any advice? I haven't checked to see if or when they charged my CC.

I'd say just sit tight and be patient. I never got a response to my email or phone messages, I guess they are swamped. I hope to get the rest of my order by christmas.
 
This was the e-mail I received last week after sending an e-mail last month asking about the status of my order:

Haven't heard anything back since then...I figure I'll give it until we get back from Disney and send another follow-up...While I'd like to receive my order I haven't been charged for it so I am not freaking out waiting to get it. I ordered 20 of the Grace travel kits as Christmas presents since my dd's name is Grace:) If they aren't here for Christmas I can use them as grown-up goody bags for her birthday party and her teacher gifts at the end of the year--I'm not holding my breath that I'll ever see them though.
 
I have been receiving the same e mails----- that they have been overwhelmed but thankful for the orders ................. I have gotten part of one order and nothing from my second order. My credit card has been charged. I contacted my credit card company and they said that I had up to 1 year to dispute the charge. Since I want the products more than I want a refund, I am waiting and sending an email about once a week.
 
Many people on the board where I found this original offer have gotten their stuff (or partial orders), many have had my experience...I have never received anything. I was never charged either. Have emailed them many times, got a response two months ago promising to "ship it tomorrow" but nothing. I heard the person who promised to ship was fired.
 
Do you think that they are filling orders slowly or that they have stopped filling these old orders? :confused3
