L & M Upgrade Question

I have used them several times in the past and am very pleased with their cars and service.

This time, I was able to print out a "free car class upgrade" coupon from thier website. I currently have on hold a "compact" car.

I also know from using them in the past, they don't have a "huge" selection of cars to choose from in their garage.

1) Has anyone used this coupon before?
2) Did you have any trouble getting the upgrade?
3) Did you get a 2-class upgrade b\c they didn't have the next class available?

I have used the upgrade coupon twice. I usually tell them ahead of time that I will be using it by noting it when I make my online reservation. Never had trouble getting the upgrade but I always reserve the cheapest car and get the upgrade from there.
