L & M Car Rental

Hi, I was wondering who has used this and what is you experience. They have great rates but I have never used them and a little nervous. Thanks

I've used L&M a couple of times without any problems or extra insurance pressure. The only reason I don't use them more is I don't get Southwest Rapid Rewards credit with them.

I've used them many, many times when their price was lowest. No problems. Do bring a copy of your insurance if you don't want to purchase theirs, sometimes they ask to see it, sometimes not. Also their wait lines are usually the shortest.

The only minor drawbacks to L & M are that you don't get to choose your own car - they assign you a specific vehicle - and, at least the last time I rented from them you had to go back to the rental counter after you return the car, to complete your transaction.

The only place I've had to go to after renting from them, is the little booth set up in the return parking garage and that was quick and easy.

Yep, return for us was at the booth in the garage.

BonnieA and DVC Don - thank you. It's been a while since I rented from L & M, so obviously they changed their procedure (for the better!)
