...to the cast members working EE this morning, who refused to let a mother force her two terrified kids to ride. Standing at the gate to board, her daughter, who appeared to be around 8, was crying hysterically. When the gates opened, she proceeded to push her daughter into the seat & pull down her lap bar, while the girl cried & screamed No! Her son, who looked close to the same age, starred to board in front of them, but then shook his head no & got out, & she started yelling at him & pointing to the seat (she was not speaking English, so I don't know what she was saying). The cast members then told her they would have to get off & she started arguing. I felt so badly for those kids, but the cast members stood their ground, were firm but calm, & handled it beautifully.

Way to go CM! I absolutely hate to see a child forced onto a ride they don't want to ride. When mine were younger, we used the chicken exit many times because my youngest tried to brave up for her brothers and then changed her mind. She and I would scoot out the exit and wait for the rest of our family.

I witnessed a mom insisting that they allow her 2 kids - estimated 5 and 4 - ride dinosaur by themselves. Cams had to call a manager last I saw but I was glad they didn't give in.
