If you are looking for a great TA, I recommend Chuck at AllSeasTravel.com in Jacksonville. He has helped me a great deal with my reservation---and it wasn't even his! He was very helpful and I'll be booking my 2007 DCL with him (if they would just release those dates!). Chuck really knows the "Disney" spirit.

Kirsten, I've sailed through All Seas before and my Dec. '05 cruise is booked with them. Once when I had a problem with a shipboard credit he intervened and handled it himself and was great. You really feel like you're getting personal service through them. Congrats on your cruise booking!

I booked my cruise through another agent at a different company. So the ressie was not booked with AllSeasTravel and he helped me anyway. Great service!

We went through Allseas for our honeymoon last Sept. It happened to fall during all the hurricanes and I was on the phone with them every chance I got. They were so sweet and understanding, and were always there to answer my questions. They are wonderful!

Just curious... if you were not booked via Allseas.... how did he help you?? And what did your TA say about another company messing with their reservation?

They've also been helpful to me when they didn't have my reservation... which is why they have it this time.

Chuck and his staff will do whatever they can to help you, and they really deal with Disney a lot. More than once I've been on the phone to DCL direct and they've known most of the AllSeas staff fairly well.

It's a great agency.

Great example of why sometimes the least-cost-provider is not always the best choice... When a problem arises having a quality TA is priceless!!

Chuck just helped me with some general ship information- nothing to do directly with my reservation. My TA didn't know the answer, but he did. My current TA is good and has helped me too and that's why she is keeping this booking. But Chuck just went beyond, especially since he's not getting the commission on this sailing. But he will on the next one.

just wanted to let you know, chuck monitors this website! i posted a thread worried because i couldn't find space on our sept cruise for some friends. chuck sent me a personal msg saying they had space when i could find it nowhere else! i didn't talk to him directly, but everyone i have talked to have been very helpful. my friends booked and we switched our ressie to them because they were so helpful and wanted them to have the credit. i was nervous about using a ta but so far, so good!

I agree Chuck and his entire staff provide good customer service, something that is sometimes lost in the electronic age. John worked with me and dealt with my numerous phone calls calmly and patiently when I was trying to book the Eastbound Repo cruise. I've been very happy with their service and will continue to use them. I'm looking forward to meeting Chuck on our upcoming cruise!
