kttw holder for any of us?

Do we get a kttw holder that goes around our neck or should I put that on the list for walmart? I'm assuming that just the adults (that would be 3) get a kttw- is this correct? We have 2 rooms, 3 adults, and 4 8yrs and under children....

EVERYONE (no matter age) will recieve a kttw card. If the 8yr olds can check themselves out of the lab, then they will need their card to do so. Those children that can't check themselves in and out will not need their card EXCEPT for one very important time...

Each time that ANYONE (no matter age) gets off the ship, your kttw card is swiped. This tells us that you're not on the ship. When you return, your card is swiped again to let us know you're back on ship.

It's my suggestion that unless you're getting off the ship, the kids kttw cards stay in the safe because you won't need them.

You can purchase DCL lanyards on the ship ($6.00 or $8.00) to carry your cards. I didn't think the clip was that strong, so bring a safety pin. They also sell them for a lot less at Wal-Mart/Target etc. Also, you may want to have the kids cards punched so they do not have charging privelages, just in case they get lost or so the kids don't have a huge bill in the arcade. Just a thought.

You do not get a holder with your KTTW. If you want a holder, you need to either bring it with you, or buy it in the ship's store.

We had some of the holders that you just slip your card into. Some people's offices use these for nametags.

If you want to punch a hole in your card to hang it on a regular lanyard, be sure you don't punch through the magnetic strip (unless you don't want to use it to charge!)

I can vouch for the E-tailer, having done business with them many times in the past. I can also vouch for these boxes. I'm never without mine and own at least 3 of them.

DW just bought two boxes of Disney Children bandages (not sure which brand they were) for our DD that came with FREE waterproof lanyard wallets. They are just like the ones shown in Kitster's post.

We tested them at home with a piece of paper inside and then submerged them in a bowl of water with a full glass on-top for over 1/2 hour. The paper was completly dry when it came out.

Sorry, but I really don't think the price is all that bad for something that you can use everyday. I guess if you wanted 8 of the 'free' holders you could always purchase 16 boxes of bandaids. It just depends on how many bandaids one family needs.

BTW, that is the link I sent in the PM. The company is reputable and has excellent turn-around on any order you place.

I personally own 3 of the wallets, my boyfriend has 2 and his mom has 1. I keep all of my 'travel only' cards in one (Emerald Club membership, Entertainment card, AA frequent flier # card, United FF card, Dollar rental card, etc...) in one and it STAYS in our vacation folder so we never leave home without them. I keep my credit cards, park AP's, drivers license, etc.. in the second one and it stays in my fanny pack so I never leave home without them. The third one I use for gift cards, etc....and that stays in my desk so I always know where they are.

I didn't mean to offend you , the price just made me realize what a GREAT deal my DW got . We were getting ready to start looking for something to use on our upcoming cruise when she found these. I think we will head back and get a couple more (we go through quite a few bandages with our DD , who is more like a boy when she gets outside).

Anyway here is the info:

She bought them at Albertson's, here are the specifics from the box:

Nexcare First Aid by 3M
Disney's Mickey Mouse and Friends (box of 25)

BONUS - Tote with 4 Active Brights Bandages Attached

The boxes should be easy to spot.

Walmart has these too. I saw them a couple of weeks ago when I was buying band-aids for my DD.
