the table names turned out great! I love the sparkly paper! Magic Kingdom is my favorite park too so I think it's perfect for table names!

Well since I love Cinderella I decided to go with a Storybook/fairytale theme. If I can make them, the centerpieces (coach rentals from Disney) will set on a big storybook with the table name on it. The names will be based on parts of a Storybook

But I almost did yours, we are HUGE disneyworld fans so I can't say i'm not loving your theme

This is mainly for my benefit but I am going to update my to-do list again. I love lists, they help me to stay organized!

- Finish/mail invitations for our home party in October (almost done!)(the ones for Disney are done!)
- Choose our music for our ceremony (We have been looking, just need to set it in stone at this point)
- Finish my ceremony program fans (I have already started, they just aren't done)
- Table Name Cards - done
- Seating Chart - done
- Place cards
- Make final centrepiece and linen decision - done
- First dress fitting - done
- Final dress fitting - when my seamstress calls me!
- Finish my welcome newsletter for the guest rooms
- Attend my hair trial at home (Appointment booked for August 27th)
- Figure out who is going to do our toast!
- Find a guestbook (I think I have made a decision lol)
- Get wedding bands resized closer to the wedding day (our jeweller does it same day)
- Make our final payments! (waiting on my planner for this one)
- Finish packing (I put our suitcases in my home office and have been sort of packing things here and there for months - I really like to be organized lol)

I haven't posted on here in forever! I guess being organized has paid off lol I don't really have many new things to post about at this point, but I suppose that is a good thing!

The invitations for our home reception are FINALLY finished and being mailed out. What a relief that is!

I am still working on my mickey head program fans. I will post pictures of them soon!

We have been working on ceremony music and I think most decisions are made, but I am finding it really difficult! I want songs that mean something, and I want it to seem like everything flows together. I will share what we have so far:
- Bride - Canon in D (I have wanted this song for my wedding since I was little, before it became so popular, so this was an easy choice)
- DF - Popeye theme song (he is a huge fan, and this is a nice upbeat tune that he chose, and I should mention that it is instrumental)
- Mothers/grandparents - Circle of Life (Elton John version)
- Groomsmen - something from the pirates of the caribbean soundtrack
- Bridesmen/Maid of Honour - Define Dancing (Wall-E soundtrack)
- Sand Ceremony - Little Wonders from Meet the Robinsons (I am not 100% sure about this one though, I love the song but I really want to make sure that I have a song with the right meaning - your opinions are appreciated!!)
- Recessional - Not sure yet, perhaps Married Life from the UP soundtrack or You've Got a Friend in Me from Toy Story

For our reception:
- First Dance - Forever by Kiss
- Father/Daughter - Still deciding, maybe butterfly kisses, maybe Forever Young by the pretenders
- Mother/Son - DF is still deciding

So some progress has been made, but I am afraid to set anything in stone in case I change my mind!

Everything is falling into place now! I am getting really excited now!! Everyone keeps asking me if I am nervous, and I am really not. Sometimes I still can't really believe that our day is almost here though! Only a few short weeks left!

I am obsessing about music right now! I am so lost...I like your choices, though. I really like the Married Life choice from Up! Also the Wall-E song too!

Little Wonders is a really pretty song (I worked at the Disney Store when MTR came out and the video was played on the screen ALL the time) but I can't remember all the lyrics right now to know if it's wedding-appropriate BUT I think as long as you love the song and it means something to you, then it's perfect.

Thanks Emilie! I was obsessing about music for a long time too, and one night I just sat down with DF and said "we're doing this before I go crazy" haha And we made a ton of progress that night, so it was much easier from there. Have you made any choices or are you just thinking about it still?

Work has been so busy lately, I haven't had time to post on here! We are really getting close now! Most things are done, but of course there is always that list of last minute things that need to get done!

Hopefully I will get to do an update post soon with all of the last minute stuff that has been going on.

I was going to do Cannon in D, seriously we are way too similiar lol, but am giong to do the Castle Goodnight theme (when you wish upon a star) have you heard the Castle Goodnight theme? It's about 6 minutes long and is a combination of a lot of disney love songs...if you need anymore songs I would definitely suggest that

We do seem to have a lot in common for our weddings! The music, the coaches/fairytale theming, etc. I cannot wait to see how both of our weddings turn out! Thank you for suggesting that song - music has been quite difficult for me so I appreciate the suggestion. Time is going by so fast, I swear every time I blink a week goes by. I just can't keep up and I have been working a lot more than usual, which makes the time go by faster as well. It is all so exciting!
