I would hope the donuts on the ships would be made on the ship. Krispy Kreme got run out of town here by the mom and pop donut shops that sold better donuts for a lower price. Sounds like that was the case in a lot of cities.

When it happened here it was the same time as the big no carb diet faze. At least that's what the newspapers were reporting.

Folks please step away from these. Krispy Kreams should ONLY be eaten when the hot light is on. There is no hot light on DCL. I have had these frozen things. They are sad.

I totally agree, but when you live somewhere without fresh KK long enough, any KK is a treat! Dunkin Donuts just doesn't do it for me.

Since we live in Maryland too, my kids would say the same thing.

Not a fan of KK, can't stand them at all, but would die for a sticky bun. The first morning at BBB they had freshly made sticky buns and I passed thinking you can have one later in the week. Well, that later in the week never came! Ugh, only KK donuts and so called cinnamon rolls. Yuck!

The posts report that the Mickey Waffle makers have not been installed on the Dream ... yet.

My daughter loves them so she will be thrilled! Our local store has a bee problem, and apparently has had one for months Ever since I saw it on the news I wont go anymore

They had Krispy Kreme this time! I was so thankful, haha. Don't know what the deal was on my January Dream cruise, but happy that I was able to get them on this recent Dream cruise.

Try this. Go get one at MCO when you land... then try the one on the ship... Poor donut. It was not meant to be eaten past it's prime. (That's why they have to cover them in icing and sprinkles... trying to mask the fact that you are eating day or several day old donuts. It's like eating from the day old bread store, but without the cost savings )

I agree I do not think the doughnuts on the MV were KK..but they did have the yummy chocolate croissants

I don't think they were either. They seemed to be a bit heavier than Krispy Kreme. Just not real good.
Love those KK. Mom and pop can just keep theirs.

For some reason, DCL was missing a few things on the MV. But it will be fixed as time goes by.

When we stay at the MCO Hyatt the night before the cruise, we always get the hot krispy kreme donuts for breakfast before heading out on the Disney bus to the port ! It's tradition !!! I grew up on these donuts and won't eat any others !
