Kouzzina

I've read some not-so-great reviews, but most were quite a few months ago (think just after opening) - has anyone been there recently? Comments? We have an ADR there, but will change it if it's not going to be tasty!

We were there a couple of weeks ago and I enjoyed it. I had read the bad reviews too and wasn't sure what to expect. We got drinks (sangria) and a bunch of appetizers, including the Kouzzina sampler. I will say that the skewers on the sampler were very spicy! We got the lamb meatballs -- I was toying with ordering the lamb burger but if it had the same level of spice as the meatball I wouldn't have been able to get through a whole burger. The service was fine -- our waitress didn't stand out either way in terms of the service -- not above or below average, just fine. I'd probably go there again because I enjoy that type of cuisine.

I am one of those who really liked Kouzzina. Loved the whole fish. Messy - but now I know to ask the server to take it apart for me.

That's exactly what I was eyeing on the menu! Always like to have it filleted first as well - too much work otherwise!
