They usually have it right at 6 months out...

So for March - they should have it by the beginning of October? If not sooner.

But...be a little cautious...because the calendars do change a little bit once they are out. Sometimes they add hours, add shows and such when they get closer to depending on the crowds they expect.

I just got done reading a TR and they had a special session with the Dolphins. Does anyone know how I can go about seeing if we can do this? Korissa would absolutely be in heaven. The TR I read was awhile ago and I don't think they post anymore. She really wanted to swim with the dolphins, but that was a whole different wish. She wanted Disney World and swim with the dolphins. I guess you can't have the best of both world, but just seeing them up close and have a private time with them would be great.

As a standard gift to wish families, Sea World lets the wish family attend the group dolphin feeding session for free (normally you can't go up to the tank and can't get a tray of fish unless you pay $7 or something like that). You are part of a big group but there are enough dolphins to go around. The dolphins are quite used to the tourists and do just enough interaction to get the fish thrown to them. They don't really like to be pet or shake hands or anything. They gave us a tray for both kids, even though only one was a wish child. They take pics of you from across the tank (with telephoto so it's close up) but you have to pay for those if you want them. We enjoyed it, but had it been "THE wish" it would have been disappointing. I would call Sea World and ask them if they ever allow a private "meeting" with the dolphins. There have been others here who have had private sessions at Sea World, but I don't remember the dolphins being involved.

If SW says no, then what about asking for a 3 day Disney Cruise with two Disney days at the end? I don't know if that is too extravagant but it would cover both parts of her wish. If they say no I guess she just has to decide if feeding them is enough, or if she wants to change her wish.

I agree with everything Melissa said. We were the first ones in line (and had actually waited a while) for the seperate session with the dolphins and when they took us in we were in the corner next to the folks that were not feeding the dolphins. They only have a certain amount of photographers and if you get a ticket at the end that means they took your picture. I guess they didn't take ours but did take the ones next to us I was kind of disappointed in the whole thing myself. So I would not be first in line but maybe 2nd or 3rd ish.And definately once you are out of food the dolphins know So maybe if you take a little while and everyone else is out of food they dolphins will come and give you extra special attention

dh - I'm not really sure, but we both love Narnia, and he likes Star Wars so I guess those count
Elyssa - Ariael and Tinkerbell
Katlyn - her all time favorite is Minnie, I actually think she counts her as a princess she also like the fairies and the princesses

I know what you mean. I'm going crazy waiting for a call to get dates. That's all I want to know. How hard is it to call for dates

You will get email notification when some post to the thread you subscribe too. Kind of like FB. Go to thread tools(I think that's it) and hit subscribe to this thread.

I did email them this morning, so we will see if she writes back. How did you get the private meet and greet with Shamu? Sorry it was canceled though. Was it because of the trainers death? That was so sad.
