Kona Question - Macadamia-Pineapple Pancakes

Does anyone know if the Macadamia-Pineapple Pancakes at Kona Cafe can be made wheat/gluten-free?

They have traditionally been my favorite meal at The World, but since my last trip I have been diagnosed with a wheat allergy. I would love to be able to eat some version of them on our upcoming trip!

The last time I had breakfast there was January 2012, but the chef was awesome and made me some great gluten free pancakes! I can't remember if they were exactly the macadamia-pineapple pancakes from the menu, but they were super close.

Thanks @DisneyPiPhi! This makes me so happy. I was thinking about skipping Kona this trip because I couldn't imagine going there and eating anything else.

Happy to help! I think you'll find WDW super accommodating about gluten-free diets. It's my favorite place to vacation, food-wise. I can get (almost) anything made gluten free!

Disney is so good with accomodating with gluten free foods, I am sure they could do something for you. And I completely understand.. I go to Kona for breakfast just for them! They are amazingly good!!!!
