Last year we ate at 'Ohana and I loved it (especially the chicken wings that tasted like Christmas). Anyways, after much consideration, I am thinking of going to Kona instead of 'Ohana. Will I be disappointed? Should we stick with 'Ohana? I mean Kona's menu looks fabulous, and the pics look amazing too. But I know menus and pics can be misleading (Sci-Fi for example, ICK).

What are your opinions?

We ate at both places last year and we had fabulous meals both times (although the reviews here about 'Ohanas can be negative). Kona was for us, great food and great service and 'Ohana's was great food, service plus the crazy atmosphere that was perfect for our kids. Since you've already experienced this I would go for Kona!

I can't really compare the two, since I've never been to Ohana, but I've been to Kona several times, and my whole family loooooooooooves it. Great food and great service. You really can't go wrong with Kona.

I can honestly say that I prefer Kona to 'Ohana. I loved the sticky wings and the mahi mahi was outrageous good. I have had dinner there twice and both times the chef came around to talk to us just to check on our meals and to ask if we were satisfied with the food.

We've eaten at both and prefer Kona over 'Ohana. We feel the quality of the food is better at Kona.

We reserve Ohanas as our final meal of each trip and wouldn't change it for the world:cool1: as we walk past Kona's I can't help but notice how crowded the tables seem and the ones along the rail next to the walkway...eek, they're way too "open" imo. but thank goodness we all don't like the same eateries popcorn:: that's what makes the choices at WDW so outstanding! WDW here we come June 15:woohoo:

Haven't eaten at Kona. Would eat at McDonald's before eating at 'Ohana again.

My parents just came home Saturday and they ate at Kona. They loved it. I vote Kona. You've tried O'hana before, try Kona this time. JMO>
