Kohls Shopittowinit sweepstakes

Has anyone tried this sweepstakes with Kohls.
The URL says the page doesn't exist, yet the sweepstakes go till Sept. 21.
I went on Kohls website and there is no link.
I typed in sweepstakes and it took me to the sweepstakes page. I then clicked enter and it went to a page with 5 other clicks for sweepstakes and no Kohl's. Just a sweepstake to win $5,000 a week for life from PHC, no sweepstakes for Kohls.

If this is the sweeps I'm thinking of (where for every $25 spent they gave you a game piece?)...I entered on my phone and it worked just fine.
