kohls rebate?

On black friday, I purchased a blender onlone that supposedly had a $10 rebate. I haven't received anything via email or in the package, that has any rebate info. Am I supposed to FIND the rebate form sonewhere (and if so, where?). I know its only $10, but hey, if I can figure this out...

I recently bought a coffee maker with a rebate. The form and a copy of the receipt automatically printed.

The rebate information is on-line on the kohl's website.

I found the rebates for the three things I ordered on their website.

If you bought it online, the rebates are on kohls.com. If you bought it in the store, the rebate form and special receipt printed at the register.
