Kohl's cash question

I need to return an item for which I received $10 Kohl's cash. I've done this before where they've deactivated the kohl's cash but this time I've already used it. I don't want to receive my amount minus the $10. If I opt for store credit vs. money back, will I receive my full amount back?

If you take store credit they give you the full price back. You may have to ask for that option though.

agree w/ pp - they will issue you a store credit for the full amount, but sometimes if the person doing it is rushed/distracted/busy they will just plow through that option, so you should mention it up front.

Totally another option too is to see what the value is to return without a reciept. Go in and say your looking but not sure if you can find it, if the amount is exactly the same or could always me more take the GC, if not come back another day once you've "found" the reciept. If your like me and there often its not a total waste of time
