Kohls cash - has anyone received theirs yet from online orders the last two days?

In the past I used to get mine fairly quickly - like w/in a few hours or no later than 24 hours after ordering online. However, several weeks ago I placed an order with them and I never got the Kohls cash email. I called them twice and they stated they resent it to me and it showed "delivered" on their end. Still, never received them. I've ordered online numerous times over the years and never had an issue. It meant that in order to redeem them ($30.00) I had to order online again and then called them and they applied the amount manually since they could verify I had not used the amount.

I have not received my new Kohls cash and I ordered online Thanksgiving night. I hope I'm just early but I'm getting slightly nervous since I want to go INTO the store this time and use the $30.00 I earned this time to buy a present or two for my family members.

Has this happened to anyone else? Just checking to see if you guys have received your new Kohls cash from online orders or if you've had issues in the past not receiving them?

Fortunately, I got mine about an hour after I checked out. Did you check that they had your correct email info.

I would call Kohl's Customer Service if you don't get it today.
 
I got mine within the same day. Order placed at 2:09pm and Kohl's Cash received at 4:07pm. It says it's valid November 28, 2011-December 5, 2011.

got mine right away too thanksgiving night. Did you get an email confirmation of your order?
 

Yes - I placed an order Thanksgiving morning (8-9 am) and then another one yesterday afternoon and I have received BOTH sets of Kohl's cash.
 
Got mine within an hour of placing my order too.

Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe it's made it way there somehow?

That's what I was going to ask. Maybe it's in your spam folder.
I got mine shortly after ordering the other day too! If you don't have it by now, it's probably not coming so if not found in spam, give them another call!
 
Thanks guys!! Unfortunately my "hunch" might be right :eek:

I'm on a Mac so I don't have a spam folder - it all comes in and it lets me know if it seems like junk email. My last Kohls.com came in October and up til then, no issues at all. :confused3

I'm going to go ahead and call them and confirm whether or not it has been sent or it's still pending at this point.

Ps. UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Kohls and please know that I'm a Kohls fan and do quite a bit of shopping with them and I'm really frustrated. He said it usually comes through w/in 24 hours (agreed and confirmed by you all!) but to allow more time. He "resent" it while on the phone and still never came through. You guys reminded me to check for the order confirmation email - guess what - never got that either. Clearly there is something wrong because, I'm getting their other emails! I got the early bird email at 3am this morning and on Thanksgiving! The order did go through and he confirmed it and verified I earned $30 in Kohls cash. He said I could go into the store w/out it - I would just need to go to the customer service desk, explain it and they will have to call and get the info over the phone - lovely :)
 
Sign into your account and update your email address. It sounds like your email address is either wrong or the file has been corrupted. The marketing department would likely have your email on a different system than the ordering system.

Thanks for the info :hug: - I think this is the issue as well. There is a hiccup somewhere in their system. Interestingly enough - you need your email to sign in so I did and then I checked everything for emails, (including something for the bridal? that I didn't have before) and then signed out and signed back in and it didn't keep the "all email alerts" checked??? :confused3 I wonder if this is it? I've tried it several times and it won't keep the first one checked - All email alerts. I also signed in to my Kohls.com account and it has my email clear as day.

I wonder if this is happening to others and they don't even know it? :sad2:

I placed an order Wednesday night and another Thursday night (the same item with a larger discount code!) I will be returning the first item so that will invalidate the first Kohls cash certificate I got, but the second one will still be good. For each of these two purchases, I got the Kohl's cash e-mail by the next morning.
 
i had an order once that never sent me a confirmation of order, of shipping, nothing. since the money didn't come out of the bank, either, i assumed the order never went through.

a few weeks later the order showed up, and about two weeks after that the debit came through :confused3
 
I have been doing the Kohl's dance for the last 2 days. Placed my order on Thanksgiving and never received the order confirmation or the cash. After 4 emails and them "resending" 3 times, I have been told to place an order and then reply to the last email. They will then credit my order. Guess I will be ordering online again this week. :confused3
