Nope. HHBG has his pants got ot the tailor. I am sooo bad about getting things done, and since I am self taught, I don't really know how to do things like shortening pants and stuff properly. it drives my mother NUTS.

Cool - I never thought of that when I was planning my wedding! Tho my mom and I did make my veil - but that was pretty easy.

I bought my wedding dress. it was sweet.

This is a BAD pic. BUT my parents KEPT all of the digi pics, and I have none. (only my dad had a digi camera....this was 2001). The dress was friggin' CHEAP, but it looked like it had been made for me.

I am making Spencer a bunch of shorts with embroidered tee shirts outfits. I will write about what he wants on the tees to go with his shorts next. He's WEIRD.

I was raised to hate the Rangers. My father is an Islanders fan....The only reason I root for the Red wings is because my brother was a Blackhawks fan (I have no idea why), and at the time the Red Wings were the Blackhawks' biggest rival.

Why are YOU a Rangers fan???? Shouldn't you root for the Wild? or the Stars, even???

OK, I cut out and prepared 5 shorts outfits today for Spencer. No pics yet, but they are:

1. Tigger
2. animals in the jungle
3. Nemo and the sharks
4. Mickey
5. Space

I asked Spencer what he wanted on his tee shirts to match the shorts. His responses:

1. Tigger.......Tigger embroidery.
2. Animals in the jungle........animals (Any animal will do, I think I have a savannah embroidery he'll love)
3. Nemo and the Sharks......NIGEL THE PELICAN! OOOOOOkay.
4. Mickey......stars (there are stars around mickey on the fabric)
5. Space......ZURG (if not available, one of the squishy green alien guys is OK). Originally, he wanted TOUR GUIDE BARBIE, but I don't have that embroidery, and, call me old fashioned, but I didn't want to embroider a BARBIE on his shirt.

And I bought Brianna a few dresses, that arrived today, and she LOVES them. 2 less for me to make. That is bitter sweet. She actually ASKED me to buy her a few dresses because, "I wear your dresses every day, Mommy. Dresses that you buy are more special"....since WHEN!?!

On a good note, with the three purchased outfits, it looks like I will have plenty of time to gt everything else done....maybe even HHBG's shirts. :

I counted. After today, there are only 15 sewing days left until Disney!

Actually, it's just a ripped out seam, so I can handle it. I finally got out my sewing machine that my SIL gave me about three years ago. I'm proud of myself that I got it threaded and the bobbin loaded and everything!

I think Buzz is a Rangers fan because Mark Messier is the only player that has less hair than he does!

But Buzz, you are definitely better looking than Messier though (who I've nicknamed the ugliest man ever in the NHL).

I went to UToledo....we Didn't have a hockey team....no idea why.

And I used to get a LOT of Wings games when I lived there. Here it is always all New York sports all the time, because of the agreements. they black out other games that conflict with NY games. it stinks. Especially During Football season.

My brother went to Law School at Toledo. In fact, my painting sweatshirt is a UToledo School of Law sweatshirt!

I've been to a few college hockey games at the Joe. Miami always played in a tourney over Christmas up there and then for the CCHA tournament. Unfortunately, we were always playing UMichigan or MSU and it was like a home game for them.

That's how it's going to be this weekend too. We're playing in MA and one of the four teams in the bracket is Boston College. They should have a bracket in Indy. That would be cool.

I'd hate to have to watch NY teams all the time. Fortunately here it's Colts and other Indiana teams, so I'm okay with that.

Actually, if I had the tour guide barbie saying "bye, buh bye now..." like at the end of the movie, I would do it, but I just have a Barbie head embroidery, and it's pretty girly....nothing that would point to Toy Story 2.

So. My Merrill shoes are not going to go to WDW. I wore them again, today, and they're still hurting my foot in that one spot. Not gud. One less thing to pack, too.

Also, my cat clawed my thigh. Ouchie. Stupid cat.

So, how are Merril shoes? I was thinking about the jungle somethins'. They look sensble and sound that way from the reviews.

I might look into these when my current flip flops need to be replaced. I am weird, though. I am probably the only person I know who cannot walk around all day in flip flops. It really hurts my feet and back. I like shoes with some support and a slightly pointed toe box.

I'm gonna end up like those old ladies who wear those orthopedic oxfords.... I know it....



My kids wear their cros tot he pool and beach, adn like running around in them, so I let them wear them to parks. I have some reef flip-flops I like for "wet times" I might get crocs to replace them when they wear out.

I'm a Yankee for dance, does that count?
They call us the "Damn Yankees" after the musical.
By the way, since I started wearing tennis shoes, I can't walk around in flip flops for a day.

Purty...I don't have any digital pics of mine that I can think of - hey, I was married in 1999. But yeah, everyone thought my dress was a lot more expensive than it actually was. Oh, and my sister made a necklace for me that was amazingly gorgeous - I got about as many compliments on the necklace as the dress. For a while, she was selling some of the stuff she made - convenient since she was working at a craft gallery, so they let her sell it there. She hasn't done it in a while - otherwise I bet she'd have an Etsy shop.
