They GOT purchased. For $2 a share....so much for our $145 a share options....

HHBG doesn't know how it's going to affect him. migh be very good, might be "hello, Mr. Headhunter..."

On a good note, we thought HHBG was going to get fired last August, and this would not mess us up too much financially, even with the Bear holdings being worthless....

Glad to hear that you're not feeling too stressed out financially. And it sounds like HHBG could find something comparable if needed.

My DH is in IT too, and for a while in 2002, he couldn't find a job here in Indy. He actually had to move to Pittsburgh for six months to take a contract job. He would drive the six hours home every other weekend to see me and our oldest daughter, who was 9 months old at the time. It was awful! I'm so glad that he was able to find something local after that. Last year he was very unhappy in his job and another one literally fell into his lap. They came looking for him and it's worked out very well!

Here's hoping that all will work out for the best!

He could probably find another job within 6 months, and I would probably go back to Starbucks while he looked.

His twin is in the London office, so if they have a loose "relative" policy, I'm sure he'll get pressure from his brother to come to Europe.

HHBG just called and says people are wandering around shell-shocked at his work, and the phones keep going down....

The relations policy is no relatives in the same department or with direct reporting....They are in different COUNTRIES, so HHBG should not be affected by that.

He says we should find out within the next two weeks what is going on, and that no matter what we are fine for WDW in April, so I'd better get crackin'.

I have to mail something today at UPS.....maybe I'll swing by that target toiletries aisle....

Sci Fi Diner I don't care, I still love this place.

Chef Mickey's food is too buffet simple.

Victoria and Albert's Every trip, my DW reminds me how I forgot to book this restaurant for our honeymoon. Now I am glad I didn't.

I just had my eBay rights revoked by HHBG....

Misread another listing. Bought THREE PALLETS worth of fabric, and didn't realize it until too late. No more eBay for me unti I learn to read listings better, and stop spending too much $$. (I blew my budget for Mar AND April)
