kmart question

I live far from a kmart but was shopping there last friday. they had CUTE holiday underclothes and lingerie that I thought my sister would love as a Christmas gift- and they weren't cheap but they were on a rack that said 40% off- so i grabbed some things. I checked out... and yes- i know i should've paid more attention- but 3 of the items were charged full price. UGHHH!!! i absolutely hate the stores that aren't better about items ringing up at the right price. Anyway- I think I was over charged by like $15!! HOWEVER-I could NOT make it back in until today (I didn't notice until I got home of course). is there anything I can do about it? They are underclothes- so they're not gonna let me return them. Plus I want them. I'm going back in there today for something else- should I try and see if they will price 'correct' after all these days.

K-Mart does 7 day price adjustment. I'd take the receipt with you and explain the situation. Though I would also have the stuff in the car just in case they wanted to "see" it.

Do they have a sign saying they will not return underclothes? I do not always try them on in the store and have had to return to places before. If they have the tags and you have the receipt I do not see why you could not return them. BTW Kmart is really bad for stuff not ringing up right or not printing out coupons you should have earned (ie. but 5 hanes products and you will get a coupon for $5 to use on your next purchace)

I hate my K-Mart for this reason. ALWAYS overcharged on something......or their signs are placed, where there are totally misleading. Ugh.......I always have to pay SUPER CLOSE ATTENTION, when I shop there. Ticks me off..............
