Does anyone have any information or have ever seen the Kiss Good Night? I read about it someplace else but not very much was said. Basically it just said to wait in front of the castle 30 minutes after closing to be treated to the "kiss good night" from the castle. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

The kiss is beautiful. We went last May and enjoyed the extended evening magic hours. Since the park was technically closed, we got to see the kiss several times. It happens on the hour and half hour. There is some twinkling sounding music and the castle has strobe lights that look like it is sprinkled with pixie dust. The castle changes colors with lights and filters--some look like hearts. It only lasts a few seconds though--it is timed with the clock on the castle. I was amazed at the number of people walking by oblivious to this beautiful site.

Thank you for this information. My sister wanted to know what it was all about before we stood around for half an hour. I knew it would have to be something special. It is Disney after all.

We just saw it in November & it is well worth the wait. Ask at City Hall & they can tell you the exact times, but it is generally a half hour after closing & then about every half hour after that. It is really magical. Enjoy!!

I hate finding out about things like this 3 days after coming home. I want to go back!!!! Feet and checkbook give a resounding NO though.

I don't think they do it on special event nights. We were there during MNSSHP & I didn't check, but because the park doesn't usually close until 12am for these parties, most people probably wouldn't hang out until 12:30 to watch it.

I made my husband wait around for this and just as we were about to give up it happened! :cloud9: I would say it was about 20-25 minutes after Wishes. The castle is lit up and a special recording plays. Definitely worth the wait!! :flower1:

I'm jealous!! I was there in May, and I waited, and waited, and waited.....

It never happened!! Talked to the people at City Hall, and I guess there was some problem because it never ran that night. It was really neat being the last ones in the park though!! We waited for over an hour. No one ever asked us to leave, and then they made sure we had transportation back to our hotels as well!!

I have it on video. I saw it last time I was there when the park was open until 11:00. It actually happened about 20 minutes after the official park closing. I stayed around to get pictures of the castle without a bunch of people around and it started. There is no warning, it just starts. I've seen it twice. I saw it before on an Eride night.
