Kingdom Magic Travel

Has anyone ever booked through Kingdom Magic Travel ? They gave me a great rate (lower than dreams unlimited), just want to know their reputation from a customer service standpoint since we are 1st time cruisers.

I booked our cruise thru Kingdom Magic Travel and so far their service has been great. We cruise on Sept 12th. I had already paid in full and then found out about a new FL resident rate. I called and they credited my credit card right away. Joyce is the TA that we used. She has been great!!

I have not heard anything specific about Kingdom Magic Travel, but I <I>can</I> tell you that they are actually run by All The Best Travel, Inc., 1828 E. Sunrise Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33304.

So if anyone wants to check them out before booking, you might check reports for both. I know they have been around long enough to assume they are reliable.

We booked through them 2 years ago. No complaints, but nothing special either. One thing they didn't do that I had to take care of at the time was to get us all seated together on the plane! So, they got us a good price but I can't really say there was any service behind it...
