King bed vs. Waterview rates POR

Hi,
DH booked through Disney for January 2006 ressies at POR and requested a King bed. He was told since it was our anniversary, a waterview would be nice and the king bed rooms were waterview rooms. Is it the same price? If it's cheaper for a king bed in a standard view room, I am willing to save the $$.
Any advice is appreciated

I am pretty sure that the fee for a waterview is the same as the upcharge fee on a king room. At least it is at CSR. Maggie
