I am anticipating having a major surgery in the next few weeks and decided to make up a big pot of chicken stock to eat when I'm recovering. Problem is...I am not sure how to freeze it. I do not have any ice cube trays and would like to portion it out in 4-6 oz. portions. Any ideas out there??
