Kidsuites @ Hifs

For those of you that have stayed in a Kidsuite @ HIFS and requested a specific theme........Are you guaranteed that theme or is it something you have to request when you check in? Not a BIG DEAL just curious!

I didn't fax a request. We arrived several hours before the stated check in time. I checked in immedately and then asked for a Disney themed room. The 1st room was not where I could walk up to it with my bad knee. I drove back to check-in and explained and again requested a Disney Theme room,and they moved us to a better room with Disney Themeing. But I was also there early enough that there were rooms avialable to make the requests I ask for!!

When did you arrive at the hotel ?
We are driving up from FT.Myers and trying to get a feel for
arrival time at HIFS.
By the way, HIFS is honoring the "play FLA USA" Florida lottery
non winning tix discount, but you have to book ahead of time and if rooms
are available. check out fllottery.com and click scratch tix or new games
the discount is all over FLA.

The stated check-in was 4:00pm We arrived at 1:30pm. Our room was ready at that time.
