If anyone has stayed at more than one of these, which that you have tried would be more interesting for kids - 4 1/2 yrs and 7 yrs.

please do a search on all three of these.. I did a long post on Vistana Resort just recently.. Good luck and have fun.. If you have any more questions about Vistana Resorts, just ask..

Thanks,

I'm saw your post, and many others. Maybe I read too quickly. I can't recall which two resorts you were comparing from first hand experience.

Anyone else with experience at more than one of these resorts?

When my son was three we stayed at the Caribe Royale. I was very clean and nice. My son loved the 75 Ft. slide in the pool. Regular suites only have frig, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The staff was very nice and you get free breakfast and a free shuttle to parks. I would stay again, but I like to cook.

When my son was five (last year) we stayed at Vistana Resort. It was very very nice and clean. We stayed in the newest section called The Cascades, across from their General Store. It has a full kitchen and W/D. The two-bedrooms are very spacious. They have a free shuttle to WDW for renting guests as well as daily maid service and room service. I would suggest renting a car, because this a very large resort -- at least 6 different sections with their own pools and clubhouses, restaurants, etc. Their website is an excellent/excellent source of information about the resort. They will even grogery shop for you for a small fee. This is a timeshare, so if you do not want to do a tour, just don't return the telephone calls.

Finally, I had planned to stay at Vistana this year in April for $170.00 per night for a two-bedroom (via gotoorlando.com), but we are now staying at the Sunterra Cypress Pointe in a two-bedroom. I got it for $111.00 per night via hotelkingdom.com. We will not get the daily maid service (additional fee $20 per day), but we are saving a lot of money.

Sorry for the long post.

stayed there several years ago. It was a beautiful hotel, with a great kids play area, and nice size slide for the kids. We loved it....be sure to really research on the web for pricing, we paid 179 per night and I have since found it as low as 114 per night...great breakfast offered in main lobby as well as continental in each tower lobby...very close to the parks....
