What's allowed at the FW for. the kids? Skateboards? Scooters? Electric scooters? Bicycles? Hover boards? Is there a section on the WDW site that would list what's allowed? We don't want to bring what they can't ride.
TIA!!!

When we were there in October I saw everything you listed in use. My only issue was trying to negotiate the loop, even at a crawl gave me some heartskip moments when the kids were darting in and out of sites and passing (hoverboards). I also nearly nailed a girl on her bike with the golf cart as she darted out into the road from behind a truck at her site.

Agree, they as teens using these things forget that they are "playing" in traffic. Luckily when I rolled in with the Semi as a Tow vehicle, they tended to clear the road. I have a video that I need to finalize and post of a teenager on a bike who almost hit our motorhome head on as she sped around the loop.

Thanks!

On my last trip I came across a young girl, maybe 8-9 years old, in the 800 loop coasting along on her hoverboard in the middle of the road, on her phone. She turned around and started coming right towards me, I had to veer my golf cart onto the grass/pine cones to avoid a collision. And she was still clueless, never once looked up from her phone.

Unfortunately, kids now do not pay attention at all, to anything. At least my daughter dosen't. Yes, she will turn into an obstacle , yes, we talked about it, no it dosen't change.
With that said, we will be bringing our ellectric scooters this year instead of renting a golf cart. I have also packed triage bandages and splints. Its a work in progress..........

We will be bringing the electric scooters too. We were going to bring the hover boards but per their guidelines they are not allowed.
