Since there is just one letter left to be received for the month of July, I am already posting the Topic, and Twist for the month of August...our last month .

The Topic of the Month is-
*School aged kids-tell your pen pal about your new upcoming school year. -What grade you will be in, what you are looking forward to, when school starts......

*Younger children-Tell your pen pal about a place you like to visit, and why.


Twist of the Month-
*School aged kids-send your pen pal something they are able to use for school.

*Younger children-Send your pen pal a book, coloring book, or activity book that you think they would enjoy.

How is everyone's child doing with their August letter?

Brandon, and Shayla's letters and twists should be arriving any day now.

This morning, we had gone to the post office, and Brandon had received a book. But he told me that he doesn't want to always just receive books, but also mail. So he really enjoys this pen pal swap.

Reminder-Next Sunday is the send by date. Please post here once your letters have been sent.

Yes, Thank you so much! He did get his letter. We had an emergency last week and having a hard time getting back to normal.

Shayla, and Brandon received a nice letter, and Shayla had gotten a set of pencils, and Brandon had gotten a Berenstain Bears book .
